Delivery and Shipping Policy
Our shipping period is usually 14-30 business days after we have dispatched your package from our facility. Usually orders are being received earlier than our time frame however, some orders might be delayed when there are security check/customs stops and for this matter, we do not have full control as to when they will release the packages for delivery. But rest assured that our team will work hard to have it fulfilled, dispatched and sent to your destination the fastest way possible.
If a longer shipping period is anticipated, customers will be notified via email (or other channels). If you have any further questions on the delivery time of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
You should receive an email confirming your purchase shortly after you've placed your order. If you do not receive any emails from us, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Delivery of Multiple Orders Policy
Different items take different time to be shipped and delivered, due to a variety of factors such as weight, dimension, customs complication, etc.
Therefore to speed things up for our customers, we sometimes ship items in one order out separately. It is perfectly normal to receive certain items of an order partially first, and others later. You will receive the items separately with different tracking numbers.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (ePacket, USPS, FEDEX, UPS or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.
MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT
We know how important your order is! Laundry Homemaker provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but Laundry Homemaker does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our laundry in The United States by FEDEX, UPS, USPS or DHL.
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
Laundry Homemaker are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Shipping and Tariffs
Customer is responsible to pay any shipping tariffs and duties placed on their orders. Washed, dried and folded laundry shipment tariffs and duties will be paid for by Laundry Homemaker. $29,090.59 of the $110,000 price point is dedicated by Laundry Homemaker to pay for the duties and tariffs on your laundry and ordered items. Any duties and tariffs on your order over the amount of $29,090.59 must be paid for by the customer. Duties and VAT are calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods. Item + insurance + shipping.
